Upon completion of our evaluation process, we present detailed descriptions of the top candidates for your review.  We cover client culture and expectations with the candidate, and coordinate the interview process.  We debrief and gather feedback after interviews and help narrow the candidate selection based on fit and interest level.  We manage expectations to ensure above industry-average placement rates.

We conduct detailed reference checks, then help with the offer presentation.  We give resignation coaching to the candidate and stay involved through successful onboarding to your organization.  We continue to support the candidate's transition from resignation, to start date, following up with placed candidates to ensure a smooth transition.
